Some of the newer viruses are sending themselves under the name and email address from address books on a totally different person's computer.

The Steffner's computer could be virus free, but because they are in someone else's address book, it could be being sent as being sent by them, wihout having anything to do with their computer.

That's why I keep my list of email addresses on a floppy disk. Keeping such a list in Outlook or Outlook Express has become a real hazard. The backdoor to that area must be huge. They've known about this weakness for years. Gates oughta get it fixed, don't ya think?
