Actually, the Content Advisor & password is a function of the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. You get to it by opening the "Tools" pull down menu & selecting "Internet Options". You then select a tab on the pop up window that opens up called "Content". You should see a button that says "Disable" or "Settings". I'm not sure if you need the password to reset it or not. If you do & you have no way of getting it, I would install "Netscape" & use it. I wouldn't uninstall IE Explorer as it is pretty tightly integrated with Windows anymore. Hope this helps.
