I agree, ..... as long as there is no 'intent' to defraud the other. Ethics in commerce has always been a swamp with a lot of alligators. If it were a simple matter a LOT of lawyers would be out of work! Hey I used "Lawyers" and "Ethics" in the SAME paragraph.... neat trick! LOL
