David there is evidence that this is not only found in Calif. I have found that inflated prices caused many people to inflate their own prices to bargain for fair trade. I don't put values (prices)on my traders...they are worth what they are really worth. Equal value=equal value. I will bend at times for a chip that I really need, or cut some slack to another collectors needs. A fair trade will always get you another trade etc. After all there is not 2 million of us (yet). But there are enough of us to find someone else to trade with.
