"I believe that this is the first time this proposal was sumbitted to this group of officers."

That makes two decisions our current board has made.
1. Allow 1st, 2nd, and 3rd awards for COTY.
I have no problem with this decision but one person suggested it and it was done.

2. Allow slabbing companies to buy tables at the convention.
400 members was against this decision and 3 of the board demanded it be passed or they would not resolve the stalemate on slabbing. This block of board votes for slabbing at the convention included a member of the slabfree chapter.

I can't wait to see the up coming vote that is going to allow Slabbing companies to become Corporate sponsors.

I see no reason to have 5 officers if 3 can control the board votes by block voting on everything.
