One thing Charles is not............is greedy. He is a little more selective of his chips than I, but hey, he wants what he wants.............Greedy, NO. I personally feel that if I buy something on eBay, I am taking my chances. The seller may not have abused the chip him/her self, and may have not been as discriminating as to the condition.
