If you pay any more than the below prices for other than Nevada chips, then you've got yourself to blame.

Fractionals: up to $2.00
$1.00 chips: up to $3.00 maximum (normally $2.00)
$2.50 chips: normally up to $4.00
$5.00 chips: $7.00

Obsolete hot stamped chips are a maximum of $2.00 no matter what the denomination.

Obsolete LE's might be worth $8.00 depending on the mintage.

Postage should be a maximum of $1.00 or free with a s.a.s.e.

That is my guideline and I rarely vary from it.
