Then I moved to Hampton Roads VA. Totally different game. Here you can dial only 7 digits for a TOLL call. I set up my internet here with one of those toll numbers. Got phone bill for $700 and I now know understand the pricing structure in this area. Well, I don't really understand it but my dial up is no longer a toll call
To verizons credit they forgave 50% of the bill. I guess they felt sorry for me. Hell, I felt sorry for myself. But I can laugh about it now.
