I'm certainly no expert on Indian law but the little I know tells me those Indian Casinos aren't long for this world; they violate the Johnson Act (if that is constitutional) as well as the Indian Gambling Act. On the other hand, the N.M. & Calif. Indian tribes in essence told their state governments to shove it and ultimately won their way to casino status (tho there is pending litigation in California).
