Trav; Yes, it is nice to have a polite discussion on the bulletin board. If one post made by someone makes someone else think about any topic a little bit deeper, without resorting to name-calling, that's always healthy.

Let me tell you a personal true story of an experience I had at Trump Castle a couple of years ago. Castle had introduced a new series of Silver Strikes featuring classic airplanes ... that were to replace or supplement their older Hollywood Stars series. I sat down to play this machine vigorously that had the brand new Airplane Series Silver Strikes in the display window and was getting very frustrated when only Hollywoods kept dropping into the payout tray. After winning about 7 or 8 Hollywood strikes, the hopper was emptied and required a fill. When the fill of 50 tokens arrived, I could see that they were all more Hollywoods. I complained to the slot attendant and the security guard who accompanied him, who called for his boss.

I said it's unfair to be touting (no offense to Bob) airplane strikes in the window... but paying out Hollywoods. Both the attendant and the slot supervisor couldn't understand my beef because both types of tokens were redeemable for $10 each at the cage. I explained that I was a collector and I'm playing the machine to win the airplane strikes to take home with me .. not to cash them in and it was not fair to mis-represent Airplane Silver Strikes in the display window but pay out Hollywoods. To make a long story short(er).... I reluctantly went to the Casino Control Commission booth on the casino floor to register my official complaint.... after the casino representatives did nothing to solve the situation.

Guess what the result was? The commission officer accompanied me to the machine in question where I pleaded my case. They put an out of order sign on the machine ... which lasted about three days! The following weekend, airplane strikes were in the machine that was offering airplane strikes.

I don't know what relevance this entertaining story has with the topic at hand ... but I thought I would share it with readers on this board. Somehow, I feel there is a connection.

What tokens do you suppose will be in the display window at the O'Shea's tournament? (I don't have the answer ... I'm just putting it out there for general consumption and thought).
