I do not collect silver strikes and I will leave the definition of terms to the silver strike collectors, but the question I pose to you based on your position that a Silver Strike is only a Silver Strike if it is won out of a machine is this . . .

If a casino issues a Chip which is only available for purchase at the cage is it still a Chip Or must a chip be won at a table?
