You probably can't remove it with out damage, Doug. As mentioned, this isn't a real chip anyway so just consider this the start of a new hobby... casino moneyclips! There are many older ones available and most are not expensive ($10-40). Most of the larger Nevada clubs still sell souvenir moneyclips in their gift shops so your collection can be added to as well.
