According to the Campiglia & Wells book "A drilled, notched, or cancelled chip is generally worth about 30% of what it would be worth if it weren't damaged."
It shows that chip in navy, green and lavender (with white hot stamps)...all with a rarity of R-10, which is 2-3 known. Value listed is $100/$200/$300 based on condition. So, near mint would be $300...if it's near mint, but drilled, that would be around $90. It also indicates that the lavender chip is only known in drilled condition (though personally, I wouldn't consider your chip lavender??).
I highly recommend the C&W book!! A picture's worth 1000 words, and it's got a lot of great pictures! Of course, the chip rack is also a "must have".
