Some of you might remember that Dick Allard framed a millennium Black Jack layout from the Colorado Belle for me a while back.
Well he's done it again. Dick framed the artwork and a chip from the O'Shea's car chip set put out this past summer for me.
I'm telling you, the man is an artist.
