I got the same feeling from the people at the cashier but otherwise I enjoy the Hard Rock. I seem to always do well there on slots and video poker and everyone else there seems very nice, slot club booth, store, cocktail waitresses etc. I don't know why the cage people are so cold. It wasn't this way a few years ago when they went out of their way to help find chips for me. What happened?
