I've seen Grace D'Amato interviewed. If the book is only half as interesting as her interviews, it should be interesting, indeed.

I disagree with one part of the qotation you cited. As a big fan of Betty Grable, my observations are that she was hardly what one would describe as "buxom." She did, however have a pair of legs only eclipsed by those of my wife.
