Just for information, I have this one on file, from the "chip police" days. It was eBays response to someone selling a replica or total fake item. But mostly for a quick trip, for anyone wondering about eBays listing policies.

And then for my horror story. Some people are really unreasonable and impatient. I had an auction that ended on a Saturday. (you know, when I almost have a life?) And by Monday morning I had received three emails from the buyer, wondering what was wrong with me, and why I hadn't responded.
She wanted the item delevered COD, Insured and the address was "Basement" with an Apt. as the address. Since I have UPS coming daily, it was no problem, and I knew I could get a signature and be protected. I emailed back, and she said. "I'm sorry, please cancel the bid, I'm out of the country."
Now tell me that doesn't sound suspicious? Someone buys on Sat. wants it delevered with all sorts of strange case stuff, and then claims she wasn't in the country to accept it. Bid Saturday, gone Monday, how in the heck would that have worked with any delivery system.
Meanwhile now I am dealing with eBay trying to get a refund for the listing, sale and re-listing Etc. BTW I did go to give her a Neutral, because I'm usually the soft squeeze kind type, and all her feedback was five canceled bids, and my retracted bid. That wouldn't have shown so I left a note. Anyone who looks will get the idea, and it won't ruin her perfect (0) rating.
