They have different values at each geographic location. We frequent Colorado Belle, Excalibur and Circus-Circus (LV). At the Belle, they can't do enough! They COMP the room (2 - 3 nights), a suite with fruit basket and river view just an elevator ride from the casino. They also give us ID cards that are good for all food service, at all restaurants (the Belle and Edgewater) for any meal to include wine!

At the Excalibur, I can get a room. At Circus-Circus, I can get mailings for discounted room rates.

Last month I tried to get our casino host at the Belle to get us tickets (2) to Blue Man Group (at Luxor).....no way!

However, if you play at their casino they can tell and will comp accordingly. It is very much like Harrah's. At the Showboat and Marina in Atlantic City, they want to traet us to cash, food and lodging having been there for one weekend and not even staying at either hotel. In Laughlin, I get invites all the time for free nights and concert tickets. In Vegas, the Rio and Harrah's treat us like dogs! But everytime I'm at one of their properties I get cards (Platinum on my wife's account, Diamond on mine).

Lastly, to my knowledge Mandalay does not have a multi-level card system.
