This chip came from a card club near Sacramento, Calif. Does anyone know of any other examples of "time" or collection chips that actually spell out their purpose? I know there are many examples of odd-denomination chips that are used for the "drop" in poker rooms, such as 2.00s, 3.00s and even 1.50s and 3.50s, but I don't know of any others that are actually marked as time chips. Any others? For that matter, anyone know of clubs that still collect time by the half-hour like they did in California in the old days?
