Terry, I would not jump to the conclusion that this seller is deliberatly misleading. The last time I was in LV (yes it has been 18 months) these were not available at Caesars. I am not sure when they brought them back, but for a time they were not available (although I would not have labeled them the O word even then).
Of course I won't make a judgement about the sellers intentions....
