Patty, I believe that one will find there is sometimes a bad apple in some bushels but that probably will not discourage you from buying more apples. Personally I haven't bought or sold anything on e-bay for many many months but it has nothing to do with any bad transaction from anyone. I just find that I do better by trading with people on the board.

I don't use paypal due to it's cost, but that is my opinion only. You see, I deal in such low valued items that by the time I paid the fees of E-bay and Paypal, the profit would be wiped out.

I do understand, however, that the people who use it are satisfied, otherwise they would stop.
