For number of BPOEs (all types, not just crest and seals) there are several people I know of, and probably at least a dozen or two more, that have more than me.

John Moore, Robert Eisenstadt, Travis Lewin and probably Gene Trimble and Allan Myers have more.

However, I am up there on the crest and seal type.

The great thing about collecting chips is that, by being a fairly new hobby, even relative newbies (like myself) can have a decent collection if you concentrate your collection to a specific area. Obviously if few others collect in that area, the better your collection will be.
