Lew Rawles was standing in front of me at the Northwest check in counter at the Memphis Airport. After that he was in front of me again on the security line. He was pretty nice in a crowd. No special privileges, was nice to everyone who said hello or asked for an autograph. I had a chip ready for him to sign, but no Sharpie.
