Much like trying to get off of Fred Fischel e-mail I got no where because the phone for their police department just kept ringing and ringing and ringing with no answer at all. I am glad I don't live in Delray Beach because god forbid if something were wrong the police department would be absolutely no help.

I guess Fred Fischel really lives in a paradise, He's in a town where he doesn't give a crap who he harrasses by e-mail nor does the police department give a damn, I tell ya if I were a tax payer I be severely pis*ed off that my police department was not doing their job.
