The chip you are talking about does not come from Atlantic City, or any other casino. Playboy sent the chip out to it's Key Holders, who in turn could play the chip at any of the Playboy casinos worldwide.

I have a couple of them and the are valuced at about $40 - $60 each, depending on how much you like Playboy items.
