I was thinking that it would be a great property for Mandalay Resort Group. They don't have anything in the middle of the strip and it probably beats building something new which just adds more rooms to the city. (They recently postponed plans for their new Mandalay convention center and there is no word on more Mandalay hotels at the south end of the strip as far as I know).
