I WILL NOT not consider chips that are SOLD OUT as obsolete...
In most cases - I will consider chips taken out of play and
that are not allowed to be used for play after being taken out as obsolete

Just because a chip sells out quickly (like Hard Rock's)...
THIS DOES NOT MAKE THEM OBSOLETE...
it just makes them HARD-TO-GET...

If you can sit down and play with the chip -
IT IS NOT OBSOLETE
