Andy, you and the rest of people that are working so hard on the board to collect funds which in turn are being forwarded to the various organizations for distribution to the needy survivors of the 9-11 attack are to be commended.

But, being the old cynic that I am, I hope that these organizations will, after all their administrative salaries and expenses get paid, at least get some of those funds to the intended victims.

To date, I understand more than 1 Billion dollars have been collected, but according to the Fox news channel, thousands of intended recipients have yet to see a dime.
