I guess the question is whether they are used and indeed are authorized by the establishments involved. Your post indicated that might not be the case. Josh's web site makes clear they are used or at least sold at the establishments. I just received two of the chips in today's mail. They indeed do have pasted on stickers. Look like they were made on a cheap home computer printer. I definitely wouldn't have bought the chips had I seen how junky they look in person.
