I agree with you, that seven or less or 10 or less, whatever, we don't need more than that.

1) Unused / Like New - no signs of use
2) Almost Unused - Has seen table play
3) Used - HS discolored, tiny nicks, slight wear.
4) Worn - Rounded edges, portions of HS missing
5) Extremely Worn - AKA Dog Meat, table leveler, pog... hot stamp little or no color, deep nicks, gouges, heavy rounding, heavy wear, warped.
6) Defaced - drilled, notched, overstamped, Etc.

And I'm not so sure about #6 since any description can include the details such as NCV, Sample, Notched, Drilled, keychain, fantasy chip.
