Mike; Just to drive the point home further... I have reviewed the paper money classified ad section in the current issue of Numismatic News under "Large Currency"; "Small Currency"; "National Banknotes" and can find NO reference to a numerical description of ANY paper money being offered for sale. EVERY ad that describes condition of paper money is a verbal description along the lines of the 8 grades that was listed in my previous post. Even larger display ads wanting to buy paper money uses the adjectival descriptions rather than a numerical one.

I would hope that the club officers are reading this thread as I hear rumors to the effect that they are contemplating drafting a grading guide for CC>CC.
