They DO use two different chip sets in Macau. One is in Hong Kong dollars and the other is the Macanese Pataca. The two currencies are very close, less than 10% difference. But, if you wager in one currency, you will be paid in that currency. The "10"'s seem to mix freely, though, as they are worth only a little over a dollar. The white 10 and orange 10 pictured are both current and represent the two different currencies.
