Actually it is really easy to do. You can use an anonymous email server or a bulk email sender that you pick up all over the web. Then you enter your address and it becomes very difficult to trace. I have sent you a note from my domain that took me about 2 seconds to do (this is the last spam you will get from me) just to show you it looks like it is coming from AOL - i left my domain in there so you could see it was from me.
