Please correct me if I am wrong, but aren't all NCV redeemable to a certain extent? I was under the understanding that NCV chips, as they name suggests, were defined as chips that were not redeemable at the casino cage for cash. I have included a scan of the other side of the Sahara. So if this Sahara chip is worth $1 in food or drink and NOT cash, does that not make it a NCV? All input welcome!
