The Taylor card says it is Collinsville, IL. I think thats close to St Louis, MO. 1940's.
It has been changed for the next TGT.

Paul Brown also found some matches from there. Double proof. The matches suggest it was a plush joint. The Taylor card suggests it was a big operation. 27,500 chips. 6,300 of the $10 chips made.
There is also a $1 and a 50¢ chip.
