Depending on your insurance carrier this may or may not be a good deal. I know that with my house insurance they will only cover a certain amount (like $100) in face value of money. Other collectibles they add a rider to your policy but it always semed very expensive and a lot of documentation was required. I am not saying that any of these are not a good deal just be sure that you read the fine print.
