I sincerly hate to see Bob leave. Upon seeing his post I immediatly emailed him and asked him to reconsider. As I had thrown my share of gasoline on that fire. I got his response, it was 100% valid and I cannot blame him. My feelings are the same as his, I just have not made the decision to leave, and there are too many people here I would not like to leave. Bob will come back..... when things change.
