The group had an office in Miami, but I don't know if they're still operating.

I do remember at least one Florida day cruise using the chips and sailing out of Miami, but I don't remember the name, as there have been so many boats since SeaEscape first set sail in the 80s. I also remember that the dealers had polo shirts (I think green) with the group logo (management had white shirts; mostly British).
