I agree with Mr. Susong that these came from the gift shop. All live casino dice are going to have sharp, squared corners, to insure a random roll. Even if they are well used, the corners would not be as round as the ones in your scan. I played Crapless Craps at Vegas World several times and they always had "normal" casino dice.

Also, if the dots are sunken, I assure you they are not dice from the tables!
