I don't think any laws have changed. I think the Indians there are just tired of waiting around for Oklahoma to work with them. I think they are taking matters into their own hands, pressing the state to work with them. Some of them started by holding "bj tournaments" at scheduled times. You pretty much had to call ahead of time to find out when they would be playing. I think now that you can pretty much just walk in and play now. I am anxious to try it myself sometime. It would be SO NICE to have a casino a little closer than 3.5 hours away.
