Be careful with the BPOE site. If I remember right it only lists current lodges.
Many of the older lodges have been closed over the years and the numbers were re-issued.

I found one lodge in IL but the chips were shipped to the same number in CA years before.

The list mentioned by John B is the best. I use the one from the 1961 Tams Journal. I think the one John mentioned is the Tams one.
