They appear to be encased dollars, Rich. Made for advertising purposes... my guess would be General Electric Appliance Div. Could have been at a sales meeting in Las Vegas in '53. That's a bit before my time with G.E. though... didn't join till 1959 and was with the Computer Dept in Phoenix.
