I got an email from him with the subject title of Re: Views from another Canadian. This email seemed to be in response to a post that I wrote below on this board. I opened it to be surprised that it is not a response at all. It is a list of chips that are for sale. I have received mail from him in the past selling chips and frankly am not too upset with that. However I think it is pretty crappy when someone resorts to such tactics to try to lure you into opening their message. It is reminiscent of the voluminous email that I get every day with subject lines like, YOUR AOL ACCOUNT STATUS, THE INFORMATION YOU REQUESTED, YOUR LOAN REQUEST, etc. All of these emails or spam has absolutely nothing to do with the subject that they state. Personally, I would like to say that if you can't honestly represent your message to me and clearly honestly indicate your subject, I do not consider you honest and, therefore, would not have any interest in buying anything from you. I would not usually express thoughts like this publicly but I believe this is relevant to the topics of this board. Especially since it is now obvious that this person is harvesting email addresses from this board. I wanted to make the rest of the board aware of this slimey tactic.
