...the acts of war taken by the people who hijacked the planes and turned those planes into bombs were carried out by an organized group of terrorists. McVeigh (sp?) is dead, Nickols (sp?) probably will be. We don't have to look for more of them who were planning similar attacks in conjunction with their attacks. The Unibomber was one guy, not a network of people sent around the world to attack and kill Americans. That network is what we must identify. The people in that network are who we must find. Those people are who we must stop in their tracks.
