If my (American) family is repeatedly attacked by purple pit bulls ... you can bet your last casino chip that I will forever be wary of purple pit bulls. Call it profiling, racism, excercizing good judgement, or any other feel-good term one likes. Ignoring purple pit bulls and talking nice or shaking a stick at them does not stop future attacks. Cut off their heads and they no longer attack my family .... or yours.
