The Paragon Casino is the former Grand Casino Avoyelles in Marksville, Louisiana. It is operated by the Tunica/Biloxi Indian Tribe of Louisiana. The organization that operates the "Grand" Casinos sold their part of the Grand Casino Avoyelles and the name had to be changed as well as the chips. The new Paragon Casino chips appeared I believe in June of this year. In July they issued two Grand Opening Chips. ($5. Chips).
