Before I do, as you know we are friends even though I have given you heat for the Pai Gow chips from day one (of my finding out) & still do! I KNOW you screwed up & YOU know you screwed up..........

As to Gene, he has strong feelings about the situation & what happened. Those feelings do not just disappear because of this tragedy. MY feelings towards slabbing have not disappeared because of it. IF someone was to donate a slabbed item for the auction that I am now doing here on The ChipBoard as others have donated items I would NOT accept it. Pure & simple.......

As for you saying that the Pai Gow chips could have gone for 10 times what they did, PLEASE it WAS lucky that the total going to the Red Cross was $100 from that auction & ONLY because Gene DID get involved in the way he did. With as many chips as Pete has I have no clue why he would pick those two chips to auction. Then again he might be off his meds again.

Gene is a good man as are you in my opinion. The one thing we ALL have in common though is agreeing that money DOES need to get to the Red Cross to help the people in New York & Washington DC & with that I'm off to add more to my auction........Andy - Las Vegas
