I have been advised by my local post office that because of recent events in the past 24 hours in the NYC Metropolitan Area mail delivery for today (09/12/01) and tomorrow (09/13/01) will be either limited or non-existent because Newark International Airport is STILL CLOSED and as a result the post office cannot delivery mail that isn't there and they haven't given me and idea when full service will resume.

So if I haven't received your payment and you don't see your name crossed off the list you can understand why.
