the picture I saw of the Palestinians "celebrating" were mostly of youngsters and what they are doing is merely reflective of the hatred for the US (and Israel) that they have been taught. The conclusion to this disaster must somehow include the end of this kind of hatred and that, to me, seems Polyanish, but somehow that must happen.
