The local TV channel coverages show much more devastation and confusion than what CNN is broadcasting. Of course the New York channels are devoting much of their airtime to New York and not too much focus on developments in Washington. I can't imagine what this country's response will be when it is revealed who and what country was responsible for this outrageous attack. This is an unprovoked act of war. The death toll has to exceed 1000. Firemen and police and rescue crews were making their way up staircases to assist those people who were trapped when the towers came down on top of them.
